I’ve always used International Delight coffee creamer in my morning cup of coffee. But after some reflection, I realized that coffee creamer was composed of artificial flavors and oils. This made me wonder: Couldn’t I make my own homemade coffee creamer with milk? Thus, this week’s recipe video was created — homemade vanilla coffee creamer.
Inspired by the famous Tik Tok Dalgona whipped coffee, I made my own version of a whipped ice coffee. Using instant coffee and an additional ingredient, this bold iced coffee is perfect for warm sunny weather (and your Instagram feed).
Since I was already visiting Alleva Dairy, I decided to pop into Ferrara Bakery and Cafe in Little Italy. I decided to rest my legs in their dining room and order coffee and dessert. Their fresh-made pastries made in house were spectacular. It’s no wonder they’re such a famous destination in Little Italy!
